They had the spare parts I needed, which was great, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Not a huge issue, just a little "slow" getting everything sorted.

I’m happy with what I got from mecocorp.com. The price felt fair, and the quality was better than I expected. It’s not fancy or anything, but overall it’s good value. That said, when I had a small question, I kind of felt dismissed and didn’t really get much help, which was a little frustrating

There were a few times where I felt left waiting for information, which made the process more frustrating than it needed to be.

It’s not awful or anything, but I did have to click around a bit too much to figure things out. With a little more detail and clearer steps, it would be much easier to follow.

I’ve noticed the water does taste better overall, so that’s a plus. Every now and then though, it still has a weird smell, which makes it a little hard to fully trust it

It was mostly easy to figure out, and I was able to adjust the details to match what I had in mind.
